Eligibility & Account Registration

• Users must be at least 18 years old. Users under 18 require verifiable parental or guardian consent.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without authorization.

Course Enrollment & Access

• Enrollment grants you personal, non-transferable access to course materials for the duration specified.
• Course content is for personal Islamic education only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold.
• Al-Kahaf Online Academy reserves the right to update or modify course content to maintain accuracy and quality.

Payments & Refund Policy

• All course fees are priced in PKR. Payments are processed securely via JazzCash or card.
• Fees are non-refundable once course content has been accessed, except in cases of technical failure on our end.
• For refund requests, contact us within 3 days of enrollment at info@alkahafonlineacademy.com.
• Students qualifying for our Welfare Program may receive subsidized or free access — contact us to apply.

Code of Conduct

• Users must maintain Islamic etiquette (adab) in all interactions on the platform including messages and reviews.
• Disrespectful or abusive behavior toward instructors or staff will result in immediate account suspension.
• Any attempt to misuse, hack, or disrupt the platform will result in permanent account termination and may be reported to authorities.

Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, videos, and branding on this platform are the intellectual property of Al-Kahaf Online Academy or its instructors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.

Changes to These Terms

Al-Kahaf Online Academy may update these Terms periodically. Any material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
